We build directly for clients who have had their dream design drawn by an architect for their own plot of land, or speculatively, either on individual plots we have purchased or on larger developments where we design and build a mix of house types to suit a variety of tastes and budgets.

- We manage our team of experienced tradesmen and sub-contractors to ensure a high standard of construction is achieved and maintained throughout the build, from setting up site through to cleaning the property on completion.

- Building control officers carry out thorough inspections throughout the construction stages to ensure compliance with current regulations and correct building practice.
Energy efficient and cheaper to run
- A high quantity of floor, wall and roof insulation: much more energy efficient than older properties, and so cheaper to run each year.
- Highly efficient heating: modern condensing oil or gas boilers with temperature controls, air source or ground source heat pumps, and solar panels.
- Air pressure tested to balance keeping valuable heat in with the recommended ventilation for a healthy home.
- Built to the latest Building Control technical standards: lower running costs through greater energy and water efficiency, reduced greenhouse gas emissions, household recycling and less polluting materials.

Can you build on land I already own?
Yes. We are able to design and build homes for clients who have their own land, and we also build directly for clients who have had their dream design drawn by an architect for their own plot.
Do you build timber frame as well as traditional homes?
Yes. We build new properties in either traditional or timber frame construction. Ael y Bryn in Whitland is timber frame; Pill Road in Hook and 3 Jacksons Way in Goodwick are traditionally constructed.
Is the build inspected?

What heating can you install?
